Estimated Project Cost: $900,000 This project includes completing approximately 200,000 SY with a 3/8”-NO. 10 seal coat followed by a fog seal on streets within the City of Moses Lake. Other work includes applying temporary raised pavement markings, sweeping, utility adjustments, flushing streets, brooming, pavement markings, and traffic control. The emulsified asphalt to be used is CRS-2P.

| All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with VALLEY ROAD RECONSTRUCTION - 2022 marked plainly thereon. All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total of the bid. Only bids from bidders who have received plans and specifications VIA the Civic Center Annex will be accepted. Copies of plans and specifications are on file for review at the cityofml.com Engineering projects website.
