This project will upgrade Valley Road from Stratford Road west to Paxson Drive. This work will include removing and replacing the multi-use path on the south side of the roadway and pedestrian crossing upgrades, stormwater improvements, removal of existing asphalt, installing base rock and new 3” HMA surface.

| All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with VALLEY ROAD RECONSTRUCTION - 2022 marked plainly thereon. All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total of the bid. Only bids from bidders who have received plans and specifications VIA the Civic Center Annex will be accepted. Copies of plans and specifications are on file for review at the cityofml.com Engineering projects website.
