Coffee Filter Flowers
Friday, March 31, 2023 4-6:30 p.m.
Spring is here! While we wait for the flowers to bloom, let's make our own that will last forever. Who knew that coffee filters and liquid watercolors could make something so pretty?
Sun Printing
Friday, June 2, 2023 4-6:30 p.m.
Sun printing (or cyanotype) is a type of printing developed in the 19th century. Objects that eclipse the sun's light will show up in white, with the rest of the paper turning a vibrant Prussian Blue. Place a fern, flower, or other objects on the special paper and briefly set it in the sun. Then, rinse the paper in water and watch as a beautiful long-lasting image appears!
