The City of Moses Lake Civic Center opened its doors in January 2012. The building includes the City Administration, Finance, Utilities, and the Museum and Art Center. Available for public use is the Civic Center Auditorium, Avenue, and the Café. All events and activities requested to be held in the Auditorium, Avenue, and Café must have a completed Civic Center Rental Application turned in and have the prior approval of the City Manager before the event or activity will be permitted to occur on City property. City Civic Center facilities may be made available for use by organizations or individuals conducting public educational, research, cultural, civic, or community activities as limited by this policy. First priority usage is given to City of Moses Lake sponsored or co-sponsored activities; thereafter, facility rentals are reserved on a "first come first served basis".
