Cancellation/Modification Policy

Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services (PR&CS) reserves the right to close the facility and/or block reservations at any time for any reason. If PR&CS closes and/or block reservations, all confirmed reservations for the specified timeframe will be notified by phone and a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Requests: 
MUST be received at least 2 business days in advance of the check-in date to receive a partial refund. A partial refund includes a $15 cancellation fee. 

No Show/Non-Cancellation:
Based on the policies listed above, no-show or non-cancellation will result in forfeiture of all fees.

Modification Requests: 
MUST be received at least 2 business days in advance of the check-in date of the reservation. Modifications may include the changing of dates, sites, etc. Any modification to a reservation will be subject to a $15 modification fee per site.

Cancellation and/or modification requests that are received after the 2 business days of the reservation(s) check-in date will not be honored/accepted.

Cancellations and modifications can only be done over the phone by calling our main office at 509-764-3805, option 8 during business hours, which are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
