Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & modification Policy

  • Cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance (2 days prior) to receive a partial refund, minus non-refundable processing fee per site and $15 cancellation fee.
  • Modifications must be received at least 24 hours in advance (or most recent business day) and can only be done by calling the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services main office at 509-764-3805 between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. A $15 modification fee will incur for any modifications made to reservations (date, site, etc.).
  • No Show/Non-Cancellation will result in forfeiture of all fees.
