Graffiti Removal

The City of Moses Lake is committed to maintaining clean, quality neighborhoods and business areas. Quick reporting and removal of graffiti will help stop additional tagging from occurring again. When you report graffiti, a Code Enforcement Officer will come out to the reported location, document and photograph the graffiti, and work with the property owner to have the property owner remove or paint over the graffiti in the most efficient manner possible.

Reporting Graffiti

To report graffiti, submit the online form, phone a Code Enforcement Officer, or fill out a complaint form (PDF). Complaint forms may be submitted in person, faxed, or emailed. Paper copies of the complaint form are also available at Civic Center Annex, 321 S. Balsam.

If you witness graffiti in progress, report it to the Police Department at 762-1160.

NEW ** Graffiti Nuisance and Abatement Program
