City Manager


The City of Moses Lake is a Council-Manager form of city government. The City Manager is appointed by the City Council. The City Manager is responsible for general administrative oversight of the city government consistent with City Council policy and directives. The City Manager also oversees the budget adopted by the City Council and all personnel matters.

Since its incorporation on September 19, 1938, the City of Moses Lake has transformed its local government from basic service providers to a full-service City. Our citizens expect high-quality public service that transforms and enhances their daily quality of life. The City Manager along with all other staff members is expected to help fulfill that goal.
