A Latin inspired, aerobic, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. The class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle toning benefits where you can burn 500-1,000 calories in a one hour class without even realizing you are doing so, all because this class is so much fun! Zumba will change your mind about exercise, fitness, and health. This class is energizing, fun and will inspire you to embrace your freedom to be “forever fit” with determination, while helping you maintain motivation. Together, let’s make fitness F-U-N….! Sprint, Olympic and USA Triathlon Retro distances. Enjoy the Sprint distance with a swim of ½ mile, a 11 mile ride (out and back) parallel to I-90, and finish with a 3.1 mile run along beautiful Moses Lake. Or challenge yourself with the Olympic distance, completing a second loop in the swim, a 22 mile ride (out and back) parallel to I-90, and finish with a 6.2 mile along Moses Lake. The USA Triathlon Retro distance provides a ¼ mile shoreline swim, and continues with the same 11 mile ride, and 3.1 mile run of the Sprint.

Participants will be taught all aspects of the game of baseball. The MLHS Head Baseball Coach, along with the varsity players, will lead drills in: infielding, outfielding, pitching, catching and base running. Games and fun will also be included. Bring your own equipment.

Each class includes recipes, all the ingredients for the meal and instruction on making the meal. For safety purposes, no open toe shoes to be worn in the kitchen. Where There's Smoke - Using a standard electric smoker and a roaster smoker; we will create a multi-course dinner centered
around smoked foods. From smoked oysters (if oysters in shell are available) for starters, to smoked pork loin as the entrée, then finishing the meal with smoked cheese, we will taste not
only different foods but different wood smokes, each with their own unique flavor characteristics.

This 4-day tennis camp will be taught using the Quick Start Tennis curriculum. Using games and drills, the children will get a lot of exposure to hitting a tennis ball. Whether or not your child has played tennis, this camp will be for all levels of tennis players. Don’t forget a racket, water bottle and sunscreen! Some rackets are available.

Basic fundamentals of Kali Jukune Do. Rather than just self defense, this program concentrates on developing enhanced listening skills, responsibility, discipline, respect and confidence, as well as balance and coordination. Taught by certified instructors in a safe and caring atmosphere.

A five-week beginner and intermediate golf class covering the full swing, putting, chipping and golf course etiquette. Includes range balls. Golf clubs are not mandatory.

This program uses Filipino kickboxing to create a high-energy, fun filled, not-your-ordinary workout. This program utilizes shields for punching, kicking bags, hand weights and abdominal sets for an intense workout that burns between 300 to 600 calories per session. Have fun, feel great and meet friendly people.
