This 60 minute class is a perfect combination of stretching, strengthening, and balance. Seniors of all abilities can participate. Stretching and Strengthening exercises can be done seated or standing. The Balance portion of the class is done standing up, but allows participants to sit at any time. Increasing and improving our balance is an important factor in fall prevention. We are never too old or too young to prevent falls. The purpose of this class is to increase flexibility and strength, in order to perform daily functions and activities, in the best shape possible. Enjoy lively music, and meet some amazing members of your community. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. Hand weights are not provided; feel free to bring your own, they are recommended, but not required

Lavender Baby Massage is set up as a four-week course to support you and your infant in the process of learning loving touch massage and to have the support to continue this technique as your baby grows. You will receive handouts and supporting materials at each class. Loving touch with infant massage provides a special time of communication that fosters love, compassion and respect. It engages the mind and improves sensory awareness and is stimulating as well as relaxing. It can help your baby or child to sleep deeper and more soundly, relieve discomfort from teething, provide pain management, relieve congestion, gas and colic, and it also provides sensory stimulation. We will also address special health issues, learning your infant’s behavior cues, techniques for the growing baby, essential oils, starting signs for early communication, and the benefits and use of lullabies and music.

A Latin-inspired, aerobic, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. The class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle toning benefits where you can burn 500-1,000 calories in a one-hour class without even realizing you are doing so, all because this class is so much fun! Zumba will change your mind about exercise, fitness, and health. This class is energizing, fun and will inspire you to embrace your freedom to be “forever fit” with determination, while helping you maintain motivation. Together, let’s make fitness F-U-N….! This is a story about a cattle rancher so prosperous he became known as the Northwest Cattle King. Ben Snipes built an empire supplying cattle to the gold miners in British Columbia. Follow Snipes along the 800 mile Cariboo Trail to Barkerville BC, through Ellensburg and Ephrata as he endured a series of personal tragedies.

Younger participants are welcome with participating family member.

SoccerTots is our flagship program! Playable on almost any surface, these soccer-themed motor skill classes are very easy for youngsters to get into. Younger age groups focus on developing motor skills and self-confidence; older classes focus on developing core soccer skills and personal focus, and introduce an element of light competition. Instructor to student ratio is kept small to maximize individual development and above all else fun, fun, fun!

This class is for the student who desires to pursue their understanding and practice of Tai Chi Chuan. The student will learn the remaining postures that make up the complete short form of 24 postures. Studies have shown that Tai Chi improves balance, flexibility, cardio respiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance. Some studies have also found that Tai Chi practitioners have lower body fat than people who don’t practice the art. The Beginning Tai Chi class or previous experience is a prerequisite

This program uses Filipino kickboxing to create a high-energy, fun filled, not-your-ordinary workout.
