City Office Closures, Shelter-in-Place Order

City offices are temporarily closed to the public and non-essential employees are sheltering-in-place through Monday, May 4 because of COVID-19 precautions, per the Governor’s extension. Non-essential staff are currently out of the office and scheduled to return Tuesday, May 5, 2020.

City staff is still available to help via phone and email.

Here are phone numbers for Police, Fire and Utility billing:

- Police Department: If you are in need of immediate officer assistance, please call MACC dispatch (Multi-Agency Communications Center) and they will have an officer contact you as soon as possible. They can be reached for non-emergencies at 509-762-1160.

In case of an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
-If you need assistance with your utility bill, please call our office at 509-764-3715 or email
The following options are available to pay your City utility bill:
-Online at using Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® or e-check.
-Mail check or money order to: PO Box 1579, Moses Lake, WA 98837
-Drop Box located behind the City Annex Building located at 321 S. Balsam St.
