Small Works Roster


A Small Works Roster is a pool of contractors potentially interested in contracts with the City for small (under $350,000) public construction projects.

To Be Added to the Small Works Roster

The City of Moses Lake Small Works Roster is hosted by the non-profit Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington in the online MRSC Rosters database. More information can be found at MRSC Rosters.

Even if you have been on the Moses Lake Small Works Roster in the past, you will need to register with MRSC for any future jobs.

Registration Process

  1. Visit MRSC Rosters
  2. Click the "Join MRSC Rosters" button
  3. Create a FREE account and select Moses Lake in your application

Small Works Projects

In general, small works projects require:

  • Prevailing wages be paid and documented in compliance with RCW 39.12.
  • A performance bond is executed in compliance with RCW 39.08 before beginning work.
  • The contractor holds a Washington State Contractor's License.
  • Contractor must submit a certificate of insurance naming the City of Moses Lake as additional insured party before beginning work.
  • Contractor must have a City of Moses Lake business license.
  • Contractor must provide a completed W-9 form.
